Returns/Cancellation

cancellation/refund is not possible without at least 48 hours notice, as we deal with perishables.The cancellation / refund request must be sent in writing and is not valid unless confirmed by Floradelic.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please write to us immediately if you face any problem with your order, and if we are able to address it, we will do so. Complaints must be sent to Floradelic in writing within one day of the delivery date, along with a picture of the product or products in question.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Floradelic reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, including, but not limited to: outside delivery area limits, containing offensive or abusive language, intended to harass the recipient, exotic flowers that are not in season, choosing non-Valentine products for delivery on February 13 and 14, etc. Floradelic is not obligated to share its reason for cancellation of an order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days.

For payments made using the payment gateway, refunds will be sent to the gateway for processing. The gateway may take up to 7 working days to credit the money to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
